Our Commitment
GetCurrentOffer does not sell your personal information to third parties, as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). We also do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.
What This Means
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise make available your personal information (including name, email, synced offer data, browsing history, or any other identifying information) to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.
We may share limited data with service providers (Supabase for database hosting, Vercel for web hosting, Stripe for subscription payments, Resend for email delivery, and Google for sign-in and usage analytics) solely to operate and improve the Service. These service providers are contractually bound to use your data only for the purposes we specify and are prohibited from selling it.
Your Rights
Under the CCPA/CPRA, California residents have the right to:
- Know what personal information is collected, used, shared, or sold.
- Delete personal information held by businesses and their service providers.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
- Non-discrimination for exercising their CCPA rights.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Limit use of sensitive personal information.
How to Exercise Your Rights
Even though we do not sell your data, you may still exercise any of your privacy rights at any time:
- Delete your data: Go to your account settings or use our
DELETE /api/user/dataendpoint. - Export your data: Use our
GET /api/user/dataendpoint to download all personal data in a portable format. - Opt out of analytics: Disable cookies via your browser settings or decline analytics cookies when prompted.
- Contact us: Email privacy@getcurrentoffer.com with your request. We will respond within 45 days.
Verification
To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. We will ask you to confirm the email address associated with your account. We will not require you to create an account solely to exercise your rights.
